The XMT multi-process welders offer portability, auto-line technology, and excellent arc performance. The XMT 400 models come equipped with ArcReach technology which eliminates time spent tracing cables back to the power source to make adjustments. These welders are the most popular due to the flexibility with multiple ArcReach capable accessories. These units come with Tweco Style connections, but can also be field changed over to dinse connections.
The RMD/Pulse system includes an ArcReach Smart Feeder with drive rolls and Bernard PipeWorx 300-15 MIG gun. This package offers traditional MIG and flux-cored processes, as well as advanced RMD and pulse programs. Allows operators to weld up to 200 feet away from the power source without any additional cables.

Cable Length Compensation automatically adjusts output at the power source to account for voltage drop due to long weld cables.
Regulated Metal Deposition and Pulsed MIG are fully supported, enabling operators to use these advanced processes in the field for faster, more efficient welds.
The Auto Remote Sense enables the unit to automatically use remote control if connected to remote control receptacle.
