From steel erection to shipbuilding, from foundries to refineries, the Gold Star Series from Miller is known by welders the world over for rugged, reliable performance and superior arc characteristics.

Fan-On-Demand??__??__??__??_

Internal power source cooling system that only works when needed, keeping internal components cleaner.

Hot Start??__??__??__??_

Used on some Stick (SMAW) machines to make it easier to start difficult-to-start electrodes. Used for arc starting only.

LVC??__??__??__??_ Line Voltage CompensationKeeps output of the power source constant regardless of fluctuation in input power + OR - 10%.

Thermal Overload Protection

Internal components are protected from damage by thermal overload protection which automatically shuts down the unit if duty cycle is exceeded or air flow and cooling are restricted.

Features

Gold Star models are available in 300, 450 and 650 amps. Choose the model that best suits your welding application whether its Stick, TIG or Air Carbon Arc gouging.

Built-in arc control for Stick welding allows operators more flexibility when welding in tight areas where sticking electrodes is a problem.

Hot Start??__??__??__??_ makes it easy to start difficult electrodes.

Simple control panel provides easy, efficient operation.

Unique Fan-On-Demand??__??__??__??_ cooling system operates only when needed. Reduces contaminants drawn into the machine and excess noise in work areas.

Automatic thermal overload protection with indicator light.

Enclosed circuit board provides additional protection by eliminating contaminants which cause premature failure of components.

Power efficient for exceptional value and return on you investment.

Power cord strain relief.
